We have advised the seller of the property near Pleasanton, TX, our client, that our marketing process has revealed a substantially interested party. It is our advice to our client to open up discussions with this party as it relates to the sale thereof.  It does not seem these negotiations could be completed prior to auction, so in the best interest of our client we have advised them to postpone the auction to determine if a deal can be reached.


Our client understands that each potential buyer has invested time in researching the property for their own use. While the seller will proceed with exploring the validity of the above interested party, they also invite anyone with interest to present offers to our office on any single tract, combination of tracts or the entirety for the seller’s complete consideration prior to 5PM on May 22nd.


While unusual in auction marketing, sometimes it is necessary to postpone or cancel an auction to explore the best options for our client.
